What is the "VirtualCube"? An acquaintance of mine has it.
The VirtualCube has not been offered since mid-2023 and is no longer available. All of its functions will be taken over in the future by the original LuminoSana Cube as we develop upgrades and add-ons for the Cube.
The VirtualCube was far too complex and incomprehensible for most users. Because codes had to be created and developed themselves in order to then upload them to our quantum network. That's why its development was discontinued and its functions are now being further developed and published piece by piece in a simplified version for the LuminoSana Cube, which consists of a plexiglass stand and twelve modules.
The VirtualCube remains online and can continue to be used. There are currently no plans to discontinue the service for this product.
Users who have purchased a virtual cube should contact support in writing (support@9010.com), as they will receive all Genius and Genius+ products as well as the add-ons free of charge.
