If I purchase a LuminoSana Sphere, can my husband get an additional slot? What are the costs, and is it a permanent subscription?
There are two options if your husband would like to use a Sphere. You can purchase a second Sphere at the standard price through your account dashboard, which includes an additional photo slot. You can upload your husband's photo there and manage both Spheres from your account.
Alternatively, your husband can purchase his own Sphere directly from our store. He'll receive his own account dashboard to manage his Sphere independently. The price remains the same in both cases - we don't offer bulk discounts. The choice depends on whether you prefer to manage it for your husband or if he'd like to manage it himself.
In both cases, it's a one-time purchase with permanent access.
