Yes, you can if you have purchased the Frequency Upgrade and the Energy Upgrade for the Cube. Once you have upgraded your Cube, it passes this information on to swiped objects using its operating system.
This means that the function of storing frequencies in the Cube and changing the energy of the Cube is passed on to the object that is swiped through it. However, you as the owner of the Frequency and Energy Upgrade are the only one who can change the energy and frequency in a swiped object.
A third person cannot do this unless they own a Cube themselves with a corresponding upgrade for frequencies and energy.
